What are the maximum dimensions for eZIP® Blinds?
We recommend a maximum of 6000mm in width however there are other options to exceed this.
Is it possible to install eZIP® blinds if the opening is more than 6000mm?
Yes, but you will need to divide the opening using either a fixed or removable post.
How long do the motor batteries last?
The motors within eZIP last around 12-18 months on a single charge. Paired with a Solar Panel, they can continue without a charge as long as there is Sun!
Is there a pelmet for eZIP® blinds?
eZIP offers a fully enclosed aluminium or Metal pelmet, offering a rust-free solution perfect for outdoor use. This is available in our standard range of colours, or can be powder-coated to any choice of colour. The pelmet will protect the blind material for increased longevity and provides a more subtle installation appearance.
Can I link the motors to my Alexa or Google Home?
Yes! eZIP® motors are compatible with an optional Smart Hub that can connect unlimited blinds (of the same brand) and link to both Google Home and Alexa.
How do I clean and maintain Ezip® blinds?
Cleaning eZIP® blinds is straight forward. Use a mild detergent or soapy water and a soft brush to gently clean the surface.
